Coach's Story

I spent the majority of my life feeling stuck in the same mediocre patterns and often found myself frustrated and demotivated. I had no clear direction on how to break the cycle. I had lifelong goals I wanted to achieve including weight loss, but I lacked the strategy and confidence to move forward.

Throughout my childhood, I faced challenges being authentic, often feeling out of sync with others due to my unique perspective and slower learning pace. This created a world of anxiety and hesitation around every decision I made.

Growing up, many leaders in my life, including some family, strived to help, but they often missed the mark on providing a kind, understanding, and accepting environment.  They often fell short in offering a truly compassionate and patient perspective, sometimes leading to a judgmental atmosphere. 

I felt a mix of timidity and insecurity because the leaders around me and even peers struggled to connect, often opting for harsh approaches rather than understanding.

Learning and growth aren't one-size-fits-all; everyone has their unique style and pace that deserves respect and attention.

I realized I was tired of letting my past insecurities run my life, so I decided that I didn’t have to let it control me, and I chose to take action.

I sought out some remarkable leaders, and with their wisdom and kind guidance, I unlocked the ability to stand up for myself and engage in the necessary work. This growth process was vital in changing how I viewed life’s obstacles.

During my transformation, I cultivated a positive mindset, embraced challenges, prioritized accountability, made healthier food choices, incorporated exercise into my routine, optimized my time management skills, and most importantly, enriched my spiritual well-being.

I took a stand for myself which led to a full transformation of my lifestyle. This allowed me to lose 70 pounds and keep the weight off, maintaining healthy habits to this day.

I am grateful to God for transforming my life and helping me evolve into who I am today. It is my passion to guide clients in discovering their own paths, regardless of their beliefs, and becoming the best versions of themselves.

I am living proof of how impactful it is to find a system that uniquely suits you and to take one step at a time going your own pace. I believe that anyone can achieve their dreams, no matter their background. Let's take the first step together!
